Cell C Insurance
<p>Cell C Insurance is ridiculous, I have now tried calling them for two weeks as i need to sort out my phone for a claim. You hold for hours on end and then they cut your call. There is no answer and you go to Cell C outlet and they can assist you either.</p> <p>I have emailed and called and now this maybe ill get answers. They quick to take money of my account but cant answer! If this is not sorted i will cancel my contract as well as my insurance. i have neever experienced such bad service this is a disgrace. I have no idea who else to contact</p>

Yes he did, but it is now the 14th of June and nothing yet!! i booked my phone into cell c in April its now June.
