Cell C insurance

I have received the worst service from cell c thus far... Hardly 30days with a new device on contract and seems like getting insurance is next to impossible. I have visited the cell c store in carlswald trying to get my device insured and they told me they do not offer that service in store and I must call the c-surance number. When I call the number I spoke to a consultant (Xiniso) that referred me back to the store and told me I cannot be assisted with my request telephonically. As I was trying to explain to her that I am being sent back and forth she hung up the call.

Really disappointed in the service I'm getting
