Cell C insurance

I took a contract with cell C then 2 months later they called offering the insurance.The consultant never mentioned that the excess fee will be 5 times the normal excess fee if you take the insurance after 30 days or more.When you claim, it is then that they tell you about the 5 times excess fee. I asked them for the recordings of where the consultant was advising me about the excess fee and i agreeing to it then they change the story to say i took the insurance at one of the store. However the store does not have any signed documents of me about the insurance and any updates on their system for that day. They give you the run around so you can end up giving up.
