Cell C insurance

<p>I am very disappointed with the way Cell C insurance department conducts them self. I have been trying to call their department for 3 days now without them answering, it just rings the whole day nd it's busy charging me. I even tried calling the Cell C customer care but they keep referring me back to the insurance department nd giving me this number ********** 007 to call. I took out an insurance for my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge in April. I requested a copy of the insurance contract but they didn't sent it through and they have been deducting an amount of R299 every month from the time I took out the insurance. ALL I WANT IS THE COPY OF THE INSURANCE I TOOK OUT FOR MY PHONE!!!</p>
