Cell C Insurance

<p>C surance is the worst insurance ever.Today I called and my fone was put aside and i dialled again and I Spoke to Nathan and I explained my frustration of not getting the attention while my fone is in repairs .She literrally dropped the phone on my ear.NATHAN from c surance so unprofessional; *********** and rude.I called the 3rd timeagain she picked up the phone and asked me what I want

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.

This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
