Cell C insurance

I was called by a cell c agent regarding an insurance policy. Since my devices don't have insurance, I agreed to take the insurance. And the agreement was I won't be able to pay for the insurance on the current I need ig activated the following month. He agreed. Month end cell c insure went into my account and debited R113. And they still wanted to debit more. I called and canceled the insurance. When I logged a complaint since on the insurance agreement they said if the insurance is canceled within 30 days you will be refunded I'm taken from pillar to post. They are telling me that they can't see the debit order. I am so disappointed and grateful I didn't insure with them imagine what torture it would be if I were to claim.
