Cell c insuarnce

<p>I would never advise anyone to insure their devices with Csurance. i have been given the run around for the past three weeks, from dealing with *********** call center agents to empty promises. what I do not understand about all of this is how Cell C itself does not take responsibility for their weak insurance division. I am on the verge of approaching the manager of the store wherein I purchased my device and actually demand delivery.its sad how we pay our premiums without any problems and even pay the required excess without any complaints but when the delivery of the device has to take place it becomes an impossible mission.</p> <p>CellC must take responsibility!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
