Cell c ******* ******* *****ing from their clients and blacklisting them.

i have been blaclisted by cell c for R900 when you contact them it will take you forever to get through t a person that is willing to help n a matter of 3 hours i have given my id to probably 10 people to then just be transferred to the next person to apologize and ask the same questions again! the irony is the debit was made from my bank account then a couple days later cellc debits the very same amount putting the account in arrears i was never contacted yet now i'm blacklisted for an amount they received.
