Cell C - ineptitude to drive you to drink
I am desperately trying to cancel a data sim with no luck! Reference numbers are given and then closed with NO resolve. Nobody at Cell C can answer queries without reciting a script. Promises of following up are never honoured. I am being overcharged and am frustrated beyond belief. Can anybody from Cell C handle queries and process a cancellation order?
