Cell C inefficient
Cell C's call centre is by far the most inefficient. And that's when you can manage to get through! I have made the mistake of taking out a contract with them but they can't even give me the proper colour phone requested. I spent a day trying to get through to the call centre and later resorted to email of which I have still not received feedback on.
