Cell C increased my limit without my permission!!!

<p>I am absolutely upset with Cell C, I phoned them to enquire why my account bill was so high. Cell C credit vetting increased my limit which I had set from R50 on each contract to R114. This is *******, who gives Cell C the right to adjust MY limit which I had set out! And then, to top it off, a dispute is logged, nobody calls me back, I just get an SMS to rate their service??? I then relogged the complaint with the previous reference number, and I still don't get no response??? Just an email to rate their service. I am absolutely upset, I want my limit to be adjusted back to R50 on each contract and I want my money refunded for the limit you'll increased *******ly. My case number is ********** 434 and 161 ********** 04, I am waiting for your response, else I have tried 3 times to resolve this issue and will take it further. </p>
