Cell C incorrectly deducted 2 hours of my airtime

I recently realised that I lost about two hours of minutes from my cellphone. I went and checked and according to my cellphone in the time Cell C says I made a 2 hour call, I received and made other calls, so it is impossible that I could have made a call that long. Also the number that I supposedly dialled has call logs indicating that they too made and received calls to other people in the time period Cell C says that I made this 2 hour call.<br> <br> My friend called me at 17:06, Cell C then says that I called him at 17:07 for two hours. However I have call logs showing he phoned me again at 17:41. This is 34 minutes after I supposedly called him for 2 hours. So it is impossible that I could have called him for that long.<br> <br> I want someone from Cell C to look into this and contact me regarding my minutes that were incorrectly deducted. I have already made 4 calls to Cell C with no feedback on what they are going to do regarding this.
