Cell C Incorrect Information & Outdated Systems

Really poor service from Cell C when trying to take out a new contract with them. The consultants were not helpful at all and when I was told they would call me with feedback on my application, nobody called me back. I had to call them to follow up and the feedback I got was that the application is declined because I am listed on ITC. There are no listings on my ITC and my accounts are up to date. I subscribe to my credit record with all the providers so I know what is on there. This makes me question where Cell C are getting this information from... Utterly useless and not willing to help at all!
