Cell C incorrect credit record

It's now 2 years of logging calls with Cell C Customer Care and following up. But the incorrect R208 is still showing as Arrears on my Experian credit record, hence my credit rating is impacted month after month. One of the case numbers is ***, it was logged in July 2023. But there are many more case numbers. The R208 seems to be a duplicate entry for my Cell C router that is included in my main account. I am overall happy with Cell C, but this R208 credit record case leaves a bitter taste.

The R208 is back on my credit report, after 2 years. Same story, it says I missed a payment that is still in arrears. This was resolved in October 2023 and now its back, and again my credit score has dropped as a result. I called customer care who said they are sorry for the inconvenience, I need to send an email to customerservice. That I did.
