Cell C incorrect contract delivered
Placed an online order on the 27th of September 2022 on the Cell C app for a Pinnacle 2GB Top Up contract that includes 2 x Samsung A32 handsets @ R399 per month. The request was also to convert my current prepaid number to the contract. Also included was 10gb data card (5gig day time & 5gig night time) with a 1gb whatsapp bundle preloaded every month.
Delivered today was on 1 handset and 2 simcards at the amount of R700 per month for the contract. Spend 6 hours on the phone with Cell C sales but to no avail.

10 Oct 2022, 15:50After 17 calls this has still not been resolved. I have just been informed by Simphiwe at Customer service that there is no all of a sudden 3 contracts and should i wish to cancel any of these 3 that i will be liable to pay a penalty on each cancellation. Can someone from Cell C please contact me and fix the mess made by Cell C sales.

After 17 calls this has still not been resolved. I have just been informed by Simphiwe at Customer service that there is no all of a sudden 3 contracts and should i wish to cancel any of these 3 that i will be liable to pay a penalty on each cancellation. This totals to 2 contracts... 1 for the Pinnacle with 2 Samsung A32 devices of which only 1 Samsung A32 device was delivered and the other contract would be for the 10gb data sim card. Awaiting confirmation regarding the delivery of the 1 Samsung a32 device that was not delivered....
