Cell C incorrect billing on accounts
I received for my statement for Dec 2015 and Jan 2016 for my Cell C LTE for account number ***. The amount on there was totally incorrect and Cell C contracts department confirmed on the 2016/02/09 that the account is incorrect and I would get a refund as well as not pay for Feb 2016. I just received another account Total Due : R 949.05. I don't know what is going on. Please rectify as soon as possible. This is extremely annoying.
