CELL C INCOMPITENCE
I HAVE BEEN ********** AND CANT GET TO. A ***** DEPT. A MANAGER. AND HAVE LOST MY NUMBER AFTER 15 YEARS. NOW I AM BEING CHASED BY DEBT COLLECTORS FOR A PHONE I DONT HAVE AND STILL NO CONTACT FROM CELL C .
