Cell C - ***********, Useless, and a major Inconvenience, NO Customer service-acumen

Cell C the worst by far. My sim card stopped working today for no reason. I called customer care and was told to go buy a sim card or go to a cell c store to have a sim swop done. I went to cell c branch in maponya mall and was told there were no sim cards available to do a sim swap. I proceeded to pep stores to buy a cell c sim card for sim swap, which they didn't rica since i was going to do a sim swap then went back to the cell c branch with my proof of residence and ID for the sim swap. the lady at the maponya branch at cell c was abruptly rude and uninterested told me she won't help me because i didn't buy the cell c sim card at the branch (which they have no stock of) - It's a Cell C sim card and this is a Cell C Store!!!!, I called the useless customer care 084135, spoke to sifiso to do the sim swap and i was told to go to the branch and they should help me. What utter, nonsense, sent from pillar to post just for a basic service, staff have no customer acumen. have used this number for more than 15 years I have now decided to switch because of pure incompetence and lack of willingness to assist customers.
