Cell C *********** Staff & wrongly placed on ITC

After years with Cell C they have handed my account to SSDA with no notice that i am arrears or missed payments. I did not miss any payment and send Cell C every month a mail with my prove of payment. But the joke is they have *********** staff that can't read mail and never done the allocation of my payments. I have made a payment on the 26 of February 2023 and they have once again switched off my connection. I have sent them a mail to cancel my cervices a year ago and still have they not end it and i kept paying and now they handed over my account to *********** people at SSDA. Cell C could not even provide them with the months i am in arrears or missed payment. I wonder who will make payment for just any amount without proof of the payments you have missed. I have also requested SSDA to give me proof on the months outstanding and still they can't give me any info. They only give me a statement with an amount with no proof witch months i have not paid. I have also added SSDA to hello peter as they are so *********** and read so many complaints on customers they also just targeted without any proof. SSDA also add me on credit bureau and without any proof how will one pay such an amount. I would like to know how many other people are having the same issue with Cell C and their *********** staff. I also have proof that all my accounts are up to date and what really make me go to Hello Peter is the fact that i have paid my account on the 26th Feb 2023 and still they switch off my service and i am still on ITC and handed over to SSDA. I would like someone senior to contact me to sort out this mess as they also do harm to my credit rating with wrongly accusing me. I will now have to cancel all my contracts and relationship with Cell C and go to another service provider. I really think this is bad service.
