Cell C *********** or incapable.of helping
Stay away from Cell C if you are able to. I upgraded end of December and every month since they have overcharged me by R619. I have something like 10 reference numbers and they keep telling me it's getting escalated. Meanwhile they deduct that extra amount every month without my authorization, so technically *****ing from me every month. It is like they intentionally are not helping. A bunch of *********** fools if you ask me. I regret signing a contract with them. Only reason they get 1 star is apparently I can't give zero stars

15 Apr 2021, 15:01Update - contacted by Cell C and how this will be fixed, only to have the phone put down in your ear by someone supposed to assist. He could not give me the answer so asked to speak to his manager. Down goes phone. Great customer service. Thanks Cell C
