Cell C - *********** employees and incorrect information

<p>So dissapointent with *********** sales consultants, called 084 145 - I was on the call with them for 20mins... He explained all the terms and conditions of the contract buy out after I confirmed thats its still active. I was then told to go to my local Cell C store, I thought I would call and confirm too. They then advised its not active anymore and only contract buyouts for businsses.... I called customer care line back where they advised its not on the system anymore - This all under 30minutes. You call yourself the number one service provider - REALLY. Frustrated to say the least. I wanted to upgrade from a prepaid to Pinnical 1000 contract. But obviously need to take all above in concideration and opt for an alternative service provider...</p>
