Cell C *********** - can't debit credit cards

CellC in 2021 forgot how to debit ABSA credit cards. Payments made manually through their app also don't reflect. I paid last week but just today I received that I'm in arrears for half the amount I paid last week. BY THE WAY, payment made on same credit card via PayFast. Why is CellC so useless? And TELEPHONE SUPPORT is the WORST IN THE WORLD. Cell C you guys suck. I will terminate and move to MTN or Voda.
