Cell C - *********** at their jobs. Very competent at being con artists.

Cell C is without a doubt THE worst service provider in their industry and any other! A one star rating is still way too much for them. My Incident: *** was logged on 1 November 2019 and to date has still not been resolved. It's strange how quickly they hand over matters to their legal department yet nobody from legal ever calls you and when you try to call them, nobody ever answers. This problem has been coming on since April this year and is still no closer to being resolved. Cell C have handed my account to 2 different collection agencies, but when I show these collection agencies the facts of the matter and how Cell C is at fault, they immediately cease to try collecting from me. That should say something. Then Cell C has the nerve to send emails promising how they strive for customer satisfaction and ask for feedback, but don't even respond to that feedback. Cell C, what is your problem?? Are you really THAT much unable to offer a service? Do you not have any staff who actually do their work? How about you stop wasting your time and mine and proceed with legal action so that we can fight this out and resolve it once and for all. You have already damaged my credit record to the point that I have been declined a line of credit. I suggest you speak to your legal department and get the facts of what that could mean for you. I expect to hear from you with the aim of resolving this and not for wasting more of my time.
