Sadly this is not my first review of CellC

My debit order didnt go through in December and my phone got disconnect. I made payment on the 5th January 2020 (R780) i made numerous attempts to call the call center but i keep getting the automated response message! I have since even paid my January amount due and my phone is still not connected! There has been no response on emails sent and i am now very frustrated and fed up
