What a rip-off this company is. I canceled my contract at the end of February 2022 and still got debited on April 1. of April. When I queried why I was still being debited in April, I was told that the payment is retrospectively for services rendered. The person using this contract has been overseas since October 2021, so there have been no services. As far as I know, payments are made for the upcoming month, not, not for the past month. Also, when doing security checks, the staff is so ***********. They can't put in the information properly and then block you from continuing. Only on my 3rd attempt did I "pass" my security check. Never mind the fact that I gave the same information every time. This wastes valuable time and money. I will never ever renew a contract with this rip-off company ever again. Pathetic and *********** come to mind.
