Cell C ***********

I would strongly advise anybody not to do business with cell c whatsoever. We have a fibre contract with them. We currently moved house and requested for our line to be moved to the new address. They confirmed on Friday 6th of May 2022 they have move it, we must just plug in at new place and everything would work. To our surprise on Saturday 7th of May 2022 we did as instructed and nothing!!!!. After alot of airtime wated whilst being promised and send from pillar to post we finally had it with the last consultant. She rudely said we must cancel if we want to cancel but have to give them a 30 day notice period.....so we have to sit without fibre for 30 days before a competent service provider can assist us????
