Cell C ***********

This is the second time I am making a review on them for the same thing. On the 1st of June my debit order didn't run as it should. I left it for a couple of days until the 4th thinking maybe it would run. On the 4th I called into their customer service and asked them to resubmit my debit order to run, the lady I spoke to resubmitted my debit order to run that night and assured me it would run even though it was a Friday. My debit order again didn't run. I left it till Monday thinking it was weekend and their debit orders don't run over weekends. Yesterday (07/06) I called in again to find out why my debit order hasn't run. The lady told me it was still in for submission and I shouldn't worry it would run yesterday. It is nearly 12pm the next day and it still hasn't run. They have already generated new statements on which my statement is showing arrears. Now my credit score is being affected negatively, now showing 2 missed payments on cell c because of incompetence and cell c not doing their job as they should.
