Cell C ***********

I am now waiting for months for Cell C to sort out my contract we i have paid to downgrade because i wasnt in the country now the never done that and i am sitting with the mess and Cell C centurion mail tells me i cant get any docs from the because its with cell c but cell c is telling me the docs is with cell c centurion mall. they charge me for bbm for over 2 years. and i didnt own a bbm device. the legal team at cell c is never available. I am going to take all voice call recording and post the om all social media. if i dont get this sorted out in 24 hours.
