Cell C incompetence has cost me a lifetime opportunity..worst company ever

I used ***. you gave me an email address instead of checking your emails you ask me my email again your incompetence will cost me more time from getting feedback..I sent on your Facebook and Instagram page they acknowledged the receipt of the Documents but you again you are still asking what email address I used couldn't you check your inbox or it's your delay tactic.Cell C stop this.

Again you are being ***********. The information you requested here was previously sent to you company and they gave a turn around time of 24 to 48 hours.Then you come back with a different turn around time have you no processes in time.

You know what Cell C has cost me because of this its unacceptable cell c guess you are not taking me serious

Regretting why I supported your busines after the 2020 scandal.i forgave and moved on because I was advised it's not what cell c does but the trainee who assisted me was the cause and many complaints were raised and was fired.

She is not there but Cell C is still *****ing me up and costing me a lifetime opportunity.

I'm still waiting for Irene's call she gave her word that I will be sent a letter and she will call today before 12.now it's 13 and she is silent. You have no regard for your clients.

Cell C you are unbelievable till date your staff has not contacted me.She called last week Thursday to say it has resolved ,Friday she will send the letter before 12 and call me.Till now Irene has not send the letter nor call me..I asked your Facebook team to ask Irene to call me I ddnt even follow up cause Irene said she was assigned my ombudsman query only to hear that the query is not finalized it's by Davenport branch. I want that recording cause now Cell C is messing around with me.The nerve to call me and lie.its been months now go up and about with Cell C and their lies.Why you have no regard for your clients
