Cell C Incompetence Customer Service
I have been trying to get hold of legal department for the past month now but till to date I have had no luck. Customer Care has been giving the run around and providing me with emails addresses that don't even work.
All I am trying to do is to inquire about my payed up contract phones that cell c has blocked.
