Cell C incompetence at its finest

What a load of *******, I have been struggling to sort out my change of bank details for my debit order now for months they have still not got it right and continually try to take it from my old bank account even though they seem to be aware of the new one when you phone to query. This morning I decided to simplify everything and cancel two numbers I am not using, clearly they came to the end of their contracts a year ago and are no longer being used to pay off devices. Amazingly, these two numbers are now under another contract; therefore, I need to settle the remaining months to cancel them. This was the whole reason I requested for them never to be upgraded, going back through my bills the amounts never changed so how did they get new contracts if I never agreed to the new contract?
