CELL C INCOMPETENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

1 Star rating is still being very generous with this useless company with the absolute worst customer service. They are still charging me in March for a Contract that ended in December and not a single person even made a slight attempt to help me, I phoned 8 times, was put on hold for hours and 6 managers said they would call back and never did (This is since January). Only when I reversed the payment they started calling me for the money and when I asked for call recordings to prove what I was told on the phone, I was then told "It is not our protocol to send recordings" which is against my consumer right! NOW they handed me over to lawyers without notice and even while the complain is under investigation at the NCR!!!! This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I've had with any company! DO NOT GO NEAR CELL C
