Cell C - Incompetence

Can you believe that this is the 4th time I have to post something about Cell C over the last few months. It is the only way I can get hold of them. They are still deducting R813 instead of approximately R655. I am at my wits end with these people. I have NEVER seen such *********** staff. Numerous emails and telephone calls with promises and still not resolved.

That is a lie. I have not missed or declined any calls. In fact I tried to call him several times and he didn't answer. Have you had a look at Cell C reviews on this website. My word I have never seen any company whose service is so bad. I want confirmation TODAY that R813 will not be deducted from my account in June. If you deduct it I'm going to cancel my contract - I don't care what the period of the contract is - from the beginning you have broken the contract terms by *****ing my money.
