Cell c incompetence

I skipped one month of payment which i made up for but dispite me going to their branch in mall@reds and handing my proof of payment and speaking to *********** consultants nothing is done even when i reverse the extra amounts from my account the will still do it mid month then i will have to pay RTD penalties on my account ,everytime you speak to a consultant there is a different story i am losing money even though my account is sorted

I already paid the outstanding amount and sent you the proof my ref is *** what more do you want should i do or what more do you want should i take this up with icasa
