Cell C Incompetance

After another agonizing week of dealing with Cell C i pay them up ND WAIT FOR A PAID UPLETTER. Now they call me to pay the collections company coz they handed me over to a collections company without even contacting me first. They apparently tried to contact me on the number that was cancelled now its my fault. \can you believe the incompetence!
