Cell C incompenent.

Trying to open a new contract. Order a phone which took two weeks to deliver to branch.Being on Cell C prepaid for the last 15 years and wanted to go on a contract which my company gives me a cell phone allowance.Gathered all the paperwork that was ask. of me and handed it in.This is where the sh... started. Interaction between the branch and your credit department could not confirm the I was working for a company the last 5 years.Tried to guide them but looks like Cell C have enough customers and promises about service on the radio is non- existing.
