Cell C inaccesable Legal department

The reason for my post regarding Cell C , I was contacted by your Moses Mo***eng on Friday regarding a reply on a review I have placed regarding your legal department that is totally inaccessible to resolve my query. I was then promised to expect an answer by Friday afternoon or at the latest Monday morning first thing. Needless to say that I'm still waiting a reply from him. How on earth can a company of Cell C's size not have proper communication channels for their clients to communicate with. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm on the phone to your legal department because I don't get any joy from your staff and still holding on for the past 45 minutes for someone to take my call, no answer only your background music that's enough to drive one up the wall. Please send me a direct number to someone that can assist me!
