Cell C inability to assist with a loan device

I have been trying to book my cellphone in for repairs and have been asking if I could get a Loan device whilst my phone is being repaired. The repair time frame is about 21 days. I have been calling all the nearby cell c branches as well as customer care. No one could give me proper answer until today. Apparently due to Covid they did away with loan phones due to covid which doesnt make sense. Covid is everywhere. This is so inconvenient for me to stay without a device for 21 days. I run a business and use social media 247 so I really need to have a loaned device whilst my phone is booked in. This is very disappointing.
