Cell C in store staff at Carnival mall and there telecontact employees which are not capable of understanding an issue and help to solve it.

I have been trying for the past year to cancel an expired data contract which Cell C kept billing me for. After numerous threatening calls from them after I stopped paying I have been to Cell C shop in Springs trying to cancel again. I lady assisted me in store and on the line and said I would receive a cancellation SMS but to no avail, now 12 hours later. I still need to apparently pay 2 payments for a thing I have not used for years. Cell C are the worst bunch I have ever dealt with.
