Cell c in sandton sucks

I bought a phone on a contract will cell c sandton I pay insurance every month..as this year June. ..my contract will be finish. .my phone got damaged In December for repair. .the guy there told me that at the repair centre is closed I must bring it in January. On the 9th January I took it to Cellc in sandton. .they told me to call after 3 weeks to check .I did call and they told .that my phone is not ready yet. ..they were waiting to pay for it. .I told them it's under insurance. ..they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes. .then tell me to call again for access they can now see I'm in insurance. .they gave me banking details and told to pay it and take it to Cellc shop and I did..it was on the 30 January 2020 when I pay and take the proof of payment to Cellc sandton. .the lady there called their insurance and also send proof of payment to them. ...I was told it will be ready in 7working days when I call them they tell me they waiting for someone to release.it..I then went to the shop still same story. .I'm not happy. .
