Cell C in patnership with SSDA robbing people. This is ******* and I honestly thought I'd take another contract with these people

It been 3 flippin' months and Cell C is withholding my paid up letter what the heck is wrong with you people. I really wish next time all companies use Norman Bissette and Associates Group for collection because it didn't even take them a week to send me a paid up letter after my account was settled.. What SSDA and Cell C are doing is nonsense honestly. I need that paid up letter it been ef'in 3 months man and this is still not sorted out. Busy telling me about logging queries. Y'all better stop this nonsense a person has been too nice with you people. We all human it humans handling this unless it aliens then. Sort this out in the next 24 hours.
