Cell C in breach of contract

<p>I took out two contracts with CellC where my monthly amount for this contract is R269,00 pm. I have been receiving bills from over R600+ a month. I did contact them and asked them to place a limit on both contracts where I was assured that it was done. Again I received an outrageous account amount. I want copies of my contracts emailed to me immediately to ********** As a consumer I know my rights and is being taken advantage of. I also would like to cancel both accounts with cellc. I also want to be refunded amounts paid over the arranged amount of my contract.
