Cell C in breach of Contract!!!

I have countless reports to Cell C on Hello peter, Facebook and to the stores but even after my efforts to reach out and have my phone collected from me and have a new phone delivered to me. this has SADLY fallen on DEAF EARS, as non of the Cell C staff are willing to help in this regard. I need to have a solution on this phone that keep dying and going on repairs everymonth, tomorrow I will attempt to take the phone to the Randfontein store for the 3rd time and hopefully this time I can get a resolution but I will not hold my breath. why I chose this service provider to give me a contract phone is just beyond me. I REGRET having to deal with Cell C and the sad part is I cannot even get out of the contract. Cell C brags about buying people out of their existing contract but they cannot even clean their own house!!!
