cell c in breach of contract

On the 1st of October I stood in a que for 5 hours at Cell C's KZN head office, they had launched LTE an offered a 100 gigs of data for R100. A month or so after signing on I experienced difficulty with network reception, I then contacted the technical dept at cell c, where I was informed to have my SIM card replaced to a U sim, which I did an the problems persisted. I then called the call Centre again, I was told a technician would come out an run a signal test strength at the nearest cell tower an at my house, which was done an my query was closed by the technician. I then went to cell c to complain, I then spoke to the Network manager James an his staff, James staff came out to my property an found there is a problem with the network, I was advised that cell c would install a booster to increase signal strength. I am still waiting for this booster. I've made 6 visits to cell c, on my final visit I spoke to the regional KZN manager Dean Duffield, he promised to have my complaint resolved asap. I'm paying for a contract which I cannot maximize my benefits, every month I'm forced to forfeit 5-6 gigs of data due to poor signal. Is it too much to get ask cell c for a response?
