Cell c in bad business

I had a cell c contract for a laptop with the store and for this year January my contract supposed to have ended. December after the 3rd my wifi was blocked. The 25th January the deducted again the full amount and i have not received any data on my wifi router. I called the call center after the 25th of January enquiring the lost of my data which im liable to use. The lady told me that my data is available yet i have received nothing. Hench my reason for calling them in the first place. This month of February they will deduct again for the data i received but cannot use. I will never recommend anyone to this poor network. Customer service by the assistance on the phone was so bad. No communication skill. Gets irritated with the question that i asked and cant seem to answer half of them.
