Cell C *******y deducted money from my account after failed attempt to cancell

<p>In February of 2014 the senior staff member(Bongi) told me that if I pay in the outstanding amount, my contract would be cancelled,<br />so I cancelled my contract(at least that was I thought I did), however Cell C was still deducting money off my account in February 2016.<br />I never got any notice that my account at that stage(in April 2015) was ending, and that it will be renewed. Which means Cell C owe me one year worth of deductions after they *******y renewed my contract in 2015!<br />I also told an agent who phoned me on 16th of May(by the name of Stlalane) about the ******* deductions, however I have not heard anything from them after the call yet.</p>
