Cell C , ignoring their customers requests and keeps taking their Money after contract termination .....

<p>+- 3 Months ago i logged a complaint after cancelling my contract which have long passed two years , the person who cancelled it was helpful or seemed to be however came the next month they took the complete amount again , after making noise and complaining on Hello Peter eventually i was refunded only half the amount as they said that they have to deduct charges for other offers which i decided to take - which in total is suppose to be R70 a month, however at that time i asked for the call recordings and was ignored completely , i asked that all products which i have with Cell C be cancelled on this one account as they are not sending me the MB or sms's as suppose to, the debit order doesnt even go off on the 25th as requested... now after requesting this and being ignored not being debitted for a month they have started debitting me again..</p> <p>Why is the service so ****ty ? i do not understand why we have to go and complain on social media before we get sorted out.</p> <p>I am not interrested in Cell C any more any services they offer and will never go with them again</p>
