Cell C - ignoring the POPI Act

Subject: Cancellation 2024 - Unauthorised debits

I am hoping that this email will reach the Decision makers, the division competent enough to resolved this issue, once and for all.

How dare NuDebt take money without notification, explanation, supporting documentation or authorisation. How dare Cell C instruct and how dare Capitec allow this to happen. On top of this I get charged bank fees for each dispute. I suggest that any money deducted ********ly is credited to my account.
