Cell C Ignoring My Issue

In December I sent an email to Cell C complaining about the Takealot voucher and a Ster Kinekor card that I was supposed to get as part of my upgrade.<br> <br> Of course Cell C did not get someone to call me until I complained on Hello Peter, following that I was contacted by Takealot and they eventually solved the issue with the Takealot Voucher (pretty good service I might add).<br> <br> When Cell C contacted me they advised they would give an email for me to follow up on my Ster Kinekor card (the nerve, they want me to follow up, not them), this they have still not done and I'm still waiting to hear from them.<br> <br> These guys are useless clowns and their customer service reps could do with some basic training if they want to improve service!
