Cell C ignores requests to pay back customer refund

Cell c has given me such poor customer service. I have been trying to get a refund of just over R200 after terminating a contract, but nothing. This for over 2 months. Emails, phone calls, don't make a difference. All you get is an automated response and sometimes an email saying your query will be escalated to the retention or finance department. I have given then my bank account details and everything else that they requested to pay back the refund, but still no refund. And they are doing this to a person that that diligently paid his account for 24 months without missing the due date.
